The Christ Hospital Becomes the Newest Member of the Dana-Farber Brigham Cancer Care Collaborative
In order to be forward-thinking, The Christ Hospital Health Network expanded its world-class cancer care. In the summer of 2022, we became the newest member of the Dana-Farber Brigham Cancer Care Collaborative marking the first expansion into any hospital system in the Midwest. The Dana-Farber Brigham Cancer Care Collaborative includes a select group of hospitals that have demonstrated a commitment to excellence by meeting a wide range of standards and best practices in adult medical and radiation oncology. Our providers now have access to substantial benefits that include supportive services, second opinions and educational resources. Dana-Farber Brigham Cancer Center and The Christ Hospital Health Network now collaborate on various education and training programs for physicians and clinical staff, including the Collaborative’s tumor boards where complex cases are discussed with sub-specialists at Dana-Farber Brigham Cancer Center.
